Our attorneys represent acquirers, targets and equity investors in connection with all types of acquisitions and dispositions. Our attorneys assist corporations and shareholders in all phases of merger and acquisition transactions, including transaction structure, negotiation and document preparation and review. Our attorneys have handled merger and acquisition transactions of varying sizes, ranging from small, family-owned businesses to larger, multi-million dollar transactions.

Every business acquisition is different and requires a team with the appropriate skills, knowledge, and experience. Depending upon the needs and resources of our client's business and the nature of the transaction, a typical team handling a large corporate acquisition might include attorneys who are experienced in the securities, corporate finance, tax, antitrust, labor, environmental compliance, products liability, and real estate fields.

In collaboration with our clients, we negotiate, draft, and refine the terms of the final agreement. One of our most important roles is to work with our clients, as well as their accountants and other professionals, in mapping our financing alternatives ranging from debt to equity to "hybrid" securities.
