Jennifer K. Trucano
Jennifer K. Trucano is a partner of Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP. Her practice focuses in the areas of health law (representing a wide range of legal services for physicians and their practices), business contracting and employment disputes, as well as state sales and use tax issues. She has extensive experience representing clients before governmental agencies, as well as in state and federal courtrooms. Jennifer earned her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and received her J.D. from the University of South Dakota.Jennifer takes a proactive approach to representing her clients' interests by negotiating deals and drafting contracts with the idea to protect the clients' interest if litigation ever occurs. She has successfully tried numerous cases and also works to ensure her clients receive cost-effective representation. She has presented seminars on employment law, tax issues, and other business-related topics.
Before joining the law firm, Jennifer was a law clerk to the South Dakota Supreme Court and Assistant Attorney General at the South Dakota Office of the Attorney General.
