Donald P. Knudsen
Donald P. Knudsen is a partner of Gunderson, Palmer, Goodsell & Nelson. He practices in the areas of employment law, employee benefits, governmental law, school law, torts, sexual harassment, and discrimination.
Don earned his B.S. from Augustana College and received his J.D., with honors, from the University of South Dakota. He is admitted to practice in South Dakota, U.S. District Court, District of South Dakota, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Don is a member of the American Bar Association, a member of the Federal Practice Rules Committee for the District of South Dakota, the Practice Rules Revision Committee for the State Bar of South Dakota, and the Board of Directors for the Historical Society of the United States Courts for the Eighth Circuit. He is also a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Society for Human Resources Managers (SHRM).
